That went FAST!....

Well, the Christmas season of 2005 is officially OVER!....Is it just me, or did that whiz by?....
We all had a nice day spending time together and opening lots of fun presents! We started out in the morning with just me, Ed and Samantha. Later on in the day we spent time at my mom's with my sister and her husband. We munched on snacks and had some delicious French Silk pie my sister brought. YUM!

Samantha absolutely LOVED her new kitchen set from Santa! She had a blast opening all of her gifts, but after a while when I would hand her something to open she just pushed it away and said ,"No
present!"...All she wanted to do was play with her new kitchen!

I got some cute pics of Samantha leaving Santa a plate of cookies and milk. I will post all my choice pics later. They are on my computer upstairs and I am too lazy to go up there right now!

I have several things I want to return and I am debating on whether I should go deal with all the crazy people out by the mall, or if I should just wait a week or two until everything is restocked...For some reason I want the new Bo Bice CD...Don't ask me why, but I want to check it out. He is kinda HOT anyway! Haa!!

Samantha's favorite thing in the world is watching Barney! She knows all the little songs and loves it so much, And the scary part is I find myself singing along too! The trouble is that is the ONLY thing she wants to watch out of all her DVDs.....I think I need a serious drink!! =)

14-pounds - 3 ounces is the weight of biggest baby ever born! (Not her in the picture above) Adrienne and Anthony Ross of Poloca, Okla. gave birth to the whopper on Dec. 21, 2005, according to MSN. The baby is their 2nd daughter, she is almost 2-feet tall at birth....OUCH!!

MEET my 2nd HUSBAND....

Isn't he gorgeous? Although Nick Lachey doesn't know it yet, he will be my 2nd husband! HAA!! When I heard he and Jessica split up, I thought, "YES! Now I have a chance!".... HAA!! Just kidding, I really am not a crazed psyhchopath, I just appreciate a perfect bod when I see one! Gotta love him!

Here I sit....

on this darn computer this morning, when I still have to wrap ALL of the Christmas gifts I bought! UGH! ... I will try to do it all today, so I am not rushed at the last minute.

Ed and I got Samantha a big kitchen for Christmas. Santa will be leaving it in the living room for her on Christmas Eve. I cannot wait to see the expression on her face when she comes downstairs on XMas morning!!...Poor Ed still has to assemble the whole thing, and he won't have time until Christmas Eve! I will be sure to take pics of him sprawled out on the floor surrounded with pieces of plastic and fake food! HAA!!

I am missing my sweet angel Alex so much. Today is 3 years to the date that my sweet boy went through the 8 hour surgery that we hoped would save his life, but ultimately did not...This time of year is so hard. He would have been 3 years old on Dec. 15th this year. I am dreading Jan 6th, because that is the day he passed away and went to heaven. I can't believe it has been 3 years already since I held my beautiful son....

Time sure goes by quick. It is hard to believe that my little preemie girl Samantha is 2 already! She is such a great talker! She impresses me daily with things she says and does. I never thought I would love motherhood as much as I do! I wouldn't trade it for the world!!

Trying to keep up with the times here...Don't know how long this will last, but I will try to make it interesting!
